        Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

Bought these to use on my one of my road bikes which is on a trainer in the house. Needed something cheap I could keep in the house. To my surprise these are great. I have tons of gloves ( gel etc.)that were 2-3x the price and this beats them all. Just good old padded leather. Basic and proven. I just ordered two more pair. For the $8 price I can't beat them.

        Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

For the price ($4.99/pr) they aren't bad. The palm padding is a bit "bulky", which causes a not so good grip on my handlebars, but for the price its not bad! I do like the crochet backs as they do tend to keep my hands cooler than regular riding gloves; especially here in Texas heat! They do fit a good size bigger than measurements, so keep that in mind if you buy.

I opted for this glove becuz I really need a
palm and thumb area thoroughly padded. This is it.
Don't care for the crochet part, but it is the padding that's the most crucial to me.

            Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

For the price these gloves are fine. In the hot, humid weather I'll interchange two pair and be quite comfortable. The minimal padding works well for me on my long touring rides. On mt bike rides I switch to a gel glove. I am very satisfied with getting a summers worth of cycling out of two pair. Worth the cost...

                        Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

I thought these looked cool, and for the price had to try them. I have other fingerless gloves in the same size from different brands and these seemed a size or two bigger. After putting them on and using them I noticed the bulkiness of the palms, to much padding for me. They look nice and I'll use them as a spare set, but didn't meet my expectations.

                        Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

I gave them three stars because I bought two pairs. The first pair gets five stars, and the second pair gets one star, giving an average of three. The first pair were incredable. They lasted 18 months of daily commuting and touring. They finslly began to split at a couple of seams. When I wore them out, I broke out the secongd pair blew out them out on the second ride. The seam between the palm and the thumb where the teryy cloth come together shredded.
I found these gloves to be true to size, very comfortable, long lasting. I love the msh back for airflow and feel. Looks like I will have to buy another pair or two when they go back on sale.
