Bought these for my wife who just started riding and hated standard grips. She loves these. For the money worth a try.

        Low expectations

        Comments about Nashbar Ergo Grips:

These grips are a little disappointing, but upon reviewing the descriptions on-line, there is nothing incorrect about that. I love ergo grips--I will never ride on regular cylindrical grips again. Give me the extra room to disperse the pressure points. However, these grips are 1.75 inches at their widest, which is better than cylindrical grips, but not as much space for the heel of the hand as in other, much more expensive ergo grips. If you are flirting with ergo grips, these would be an adequate first pair to test them out, but if you are serious about finding something that is much more comfortable, keep looking for other Ergon grips.

          Comments about Nashbar Ergo Grips:

I got these more ergonomic grips because I have them on my other two bikes and find that I do not have the problem with finger numbness I have with the standard straight bar grips. They're OK, but they are a bit more narrow than what came with my Trek FX, and I don't find them quite as comfortable.
