      Comments about Nashbar Liner Shorts:

The rigid disk was very uncomfortable; I expected a soft chamois to help protect against chafing and supply a comfortable ride. Instead the stiff disk cut into my inner thighs, and also failed to provide an adequate buffer between me and the bike seat. I will be returning these 2 liners.

Wear these under normal shorts, pants, or even cold weather base layers! Seem to be holding up well. I wash these in the machine, but do not put them through the dryer.

          Comments about Nashbar Liner Shorts:

Waist seemed to be a little low but they didn't slip down so they seem to work okay. They are too bulky under good shorts but might be good for tender butts.

              Comments about Nashbar Liner Shorts:

I have purchased several of these over the years and you really can't beat 'em for the price. I wear these under jean shorts for a lot of riding and recently for a 100 mile trail ride (Prairie Spirit Trail in Kansas. It makes folks think you have an iron butt when they see you riding in jean shorts but little do they know I'm riding in comfort with these pretty well padded shorts. I've also worn them with baggy shorts for additional padding and they work quite well. They will eventually wear out but for the price it's still a great deal. Sizing is accurate.

                      Comments about Nashbar Liner Shorts:

These shorts sat far too low on my waist. I have a 36" waist and bought the Large size. I'm 6'2" so maybe these just aren't suited for taller people. This was my first time purchasing from Nashbar - the shipping was fast but I'm not thrilled about paying $7 to ship then $8 to return when the shorts were only $17

                      Comments about Nashbar Liner Shorts:

Thus far, in 30 days of daily use the Nashbar Liner Shorts have proven to be comfortable for my daily recreational ride of up to 30 miles. They work well under lightweight active-wear shorts. For longer rides I would probably go with a gel lined short. Durable, wear them and toss them in the wash and they've held shape and maintained their comfort. One caution is be sure to order the correct size. These run tight and if you are at the upper limit of a size go to the next larger.

Great for under any shorts, you will need thin underwear to keep "you" separate from the waffle pad.
