    Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

I knew immediately when I tried them on that the sizing was too large. (I'm a small, and they felt like larges.) I took them out on a ride anyways, and had to take them off within 5 minutes because the stiff, fake-feeling "leather" was so uncomfortable I couldn't stand it. I'm not a finicky cyclist, and I'm not a gear-snob—I'm just an average amateur cyclist who likes to be comfortable when I'm riding & training. And these gloves were garbage. Threw them away.

              Comments about Nashbar Crochet Glove:

The padding is more effective and last longer in these gloves than the three other pairs that I have tried that all cost more $. The venting on the top of these gloves also doesn't leave my hand looking like a prune in hot conditions. The fit is a little loose in some areas while a touch too tight in others. I still prefer these gloves over all others for warm riding conditions.

This is just as described and you get what you pay for. The palm feels like vinyl but the tag says goat leather. Time will tell but it did not cost dearly.
