Paceline Chamois Butt'r
Paceline's Chamois Butter is the number one choice for cyclists who use a skin lubricant and chamois cream to improve riding comfort.
  • It prevents the uncomfortable rubbing and chafing that most cyclists experience when sitting on their saddle
  • Chamois Butt'r is a non-greasy skin lubricant that improves riding comfort, and leaves your skin feeling better after you use it

          Comments about Paceline Chamois Butt'r:

I've tried them all (I even went through a phase where I tried to concoct my own), but I always find myself coming back to Paceline. This is a very subjective experience, but I've found it to be the best protection I can get on long rides. Without it, I wouldn't be able to do the distances I normally do. It's as essential as spare tubes and a cell phone on long rides.

              Comments about Paceline Chamois Butt'r:

Paceline Chamois Butter has a consistency that other Chamois Butter's lack. It's thicker and that quality helps it stay where it's applied as opposed to rubbing off or moving away from stress areas. I've tried others and they don't compare. One pays a price for using thinner, more watery butters.

                Comments about Paceline Chamois Butt'r:

I've used other brands that worked just fine butt (pun intended) I'd have to say that this is the finest chamois cream that I've used. The tube is about the right size for travelling so it packs nicely. No smell of elderberries or anything else funky or offensive so it's a two thumbs up on smell factor. This stuff is slicker than a DC politician so you won't chaff your delicates. If you're riding any considerable distances without using a chamois cream then you're a tougher hombre than me (and I'm tough as nails!) Buy it. Use it. Be wise.

                  Comments about Paceline Chamois Butt'r:

At 47 years of age, I've found I've just started to develop saddle sores if I put in more than about 150 miles/week. (Legs weaker & more weight on saddle?) Tried Paceline Chamois Butt'r and found that it does what it says it does. I apply directly to my skin prior to long rides and have no issues with chaffing. I definitely feel a difference between rides when I use the Butt'r and those when I do not.

I've also found that if I start to develop sores this product inhibits further development and aids healing.

Love this stuff, works well. Needs to be re-applied halfway thru a bike ride, but almost any chamois creme wears out after 50 miles so no surprise. I like it better then DZ Nuts.
