          Comments about Shimano XTR/Dura-Ace CN-7701 9-Speed Chain:

I have used these chains for years on my mountain bikes, for both racing and recreational riding, and have never had a problem with one. On the other hand, I used to break SRAM chains with great regularity. Only drawback is they don't come with a master link. The good news is that SRAM links work just fine, and probably others do, too.

            Comments about Shimano XTR/Dura-Ace CN-7701 9-Speed Chain:

Works great with a Wipperman Connex link. Shifts smooth w/ Shimano equipment. The whole industry, however, is killing us on price.
