Comments about Wigwam Weather Shield Outlast Sock:

these socks were comfortable. they are a bit thick as expected and had no trouble fitting into my cycling shoes. Did they keep my feed warmer than athletic socks in the cold weather? Not so much!
My impression in using these and other forms of footwear is that when the weather gets cold, there is no sock that truly keeps feet warm on it's own.
Outer wear such as shoe covers is what will keep out the wind and wet and keep your feet from freezing. I probably will not buy expensive socks again for foot warmth,

Comments about Wigwam Weather Shield Outlast Sock:

don't need them a lot for Florida weather, but you can't go wrong having a pair of these waiting for you when the time calls for them. Wore them last weekend starting temps in upper 30's cold toes were no issue.

Comments about Wigwam Weather Shield Outlast Sock:

Very nice socks. These are about the best cold weather socks I have ever worn. They fit in my bike shoes well enough, and are good in a fairly broad range of cold temperatures. I have worn them in the mid-twenty degree range, and I am warm enough. Good socks for hiking too!

Comments about Wigwam Weather Shield Outlast Sock:

I use the Outlast wool socks for running in cold temps as well as riding when the weather is less than balmy. I have not had any problems with blisters or cold feet while using Outlast socks, and recommend them highly. They are not bulky but they do have more thickness than the average cycling socks that I own.

These socks are nice. I didn't have another pair to compare them two. In 10 Degrees I needed two pair with toe warmers. Toe warmers are just plain needed regardless

Comments about Wigwam Weather Shield Outlast Sock:

I have been through many types of socks from poly pro to wool. These socks are my inclement weather favorite, they have additional padding at the ankle, really comfortable, and keep my feet warm.
