Comments about Canari Eclipse Convertible Jacket:

I love all the pouches and zippered pockets. At first I bought the medium. Great on the torso, but short on the arms. Then I went back and bought the large. Baggy in the torso and okay on the arms. Well, mix and match and make one that fits you say. My problem is that I bought the medium lime-yellow and the large super-bright orange. So if I mixed the arm sleeves with the torso section, I'd look like a super reflective bright clown gowing down the way... Yeah, I want to be visible, but I don't want to be the intended target.

Both keep me toasty warm. Too warm at times to where I have to unzip the sleeves or take it off, but that's the beauty of this convertible light wind breaker.

Ok jacket but the the fit is too baggy for road. When the wind Is strong it feels like you have a sail on. Flapping sleeves are really annoying. Since replaced with slimmer form fit wind breaker.

Comments about Canari Eclipse Convertible Jacket:

Very comfortable jacket. I like how you can remove the sleeves to use as just a vest. Was hoping it was a bit more 'waterproof' than expected but does a decent job. Had to purchase another one due to an accident that tore the seams up at the shoulder. Nice bright color (orange) to be seen while riding in less than ideal conditions.

I want to be seen as I bike along busy roadways and this bright orange jacket certainly fills that need plus give me a little protection from various weather conditions. With the removable sleeves, it can be changed to accommodate warming days.

I bought this and liked is so much, I bought a second for running. It's extremely light, but seems well-constructed. It has pockets, inside pouches, and stuffs into a rear pocket, which also contains an elastic belt. For the money, it's a pretty good deal.

Comments about Canari Eclipse Convertible Jacket:

I was looking for a lightweight jacket to use as a top layer to block the wind. This jacket does just that plus it does a great job holding in body heat when used with thermal layers underneath. I like the elastic armbands that seal tight over my tech cloth undershirt and the flapped zippers in the front and on each arm that can be zipped off as the temperature rises. Another great feature is the double acting front zipper that allows opening of this jacket from the bottom up keeping my chest area warmer, the vented mesh back and a roomy rear zippered pouch and zippered side pockets. I got the orange colored version, which is good and bright (safety orange) and also has reflective piping at some external seams. This jacket fits pretty much on size, but if you're looking for something aero, look elsewhere. While the fit isn't excessively baggy, it's not skin tight either. My only complaint about this jacket is that the front zipper can get caught on its wind flap causing the zipper to bind. This requires a bit of extra care when zipping it up, but the wind tight zipper is worth this minor inconvenience.
