RETURNED: Nashbar Mansfield 2 Tights
Stay cozy this chilly season. The Nashbar Mansfield 2 Tights provide extra insulation to keep you warm for those days in the saddle that are downright frigid. The soft, brushed interior fabric is optimized for warmth and since nothing puts a damper on cold weather riding like clammy skin it also wicks moisture away like a champ to keep you dry and comfortable. Ample, 10" locking zippers means it's a jiffy to take these tights on and off while reflective accents ensure motorists can see you when you're putting in the early morning or early evening miles. And since these tights have no integrated chamois you're free to pair them with your favorite shorts underneath for perfect riding comfort.
  • Soft, brushed fabric provides a comfortable, insulating layer that traps heat to keep you warm
  • Drawstring waist secures tights in place
  • 10" locking ankle zippers make for easy on/off
  • Reflective accents increase visibility in low-light conditions
  • Tall size option adds 2" to leg length

I have several lights for different temp of riding. I was looking for a very small packable and light tights and these are perfect for that. They also feel warm, although I did not have enough time to ride in them in cold weather.
The best feature of these tights is the price !!!

I use these for mostly road riding, but occasionally for mtb when it's really cold. It's so nice that Nashbar makes tights that are long enough for us taller riders. I'm 6'4" and 225Lbs and I wear a Large Long. The zipper on the side of the ankle is a nice feature and they don't hang up like some zippers do. I may try a pair with a chamois in them next time. Right now, I just wear them over chamois shorts.

Used for my daily commute, comfortable and warm even at temps in the teens. Heavier and better made then previous versions. The leg zippers are also made so they don't snag the material. Great product!

So far so good...I have used these for nearly a dozen rides now and can see no immediate signs of wear. Sizing seems right; however they do not stretch as much as some of my other cyling tights due to having only 9% spandex, so it is a bit more difficult getting them on and off. A bargin for the sale price.

            Great Tights; Warm and Inexpensive

I have commuted for years in cold weather wearing a a variety of clothes from old wool tights to insulated pants. These are great, light weight and warm. I have ridden in the mid-30s with these and my leg warmers on and been fine (during the daylight). Just bought this second set to wear with the other ones for colder days (hey it's Wisconsin). I got this set on returned goods for [$], unbelievable buy at that price. I paid more for the first set and still am very happy with them.
