Keep a grip on it with the Nashbar Air Flow cycling gloves. They're a fingerless road cycling glove that's designed to keep your hands nice and cool and your palms protected during long rides in the saddle.
Microfiber gloves are breathable and move moisture away from the skin to aid in cooling
Grippy, padded palm makes it easy to keep a hold on your bike and protects your hands from the bumps of the road
Elasticized wrist makes it easy to get gloves on and off
If the gloves normal price was in the single digits I'd give them three stars. But because they're advertised at several times more than that normally, I thought I was getting an awesome deal on a decent glove. Ends up, it was only really worth the crazy cheap price.
This is comparable to the five dollar gloves you find in the bin at some department store. No padding, just some extra fabric in spots. The mesh palm started ripping after a few rides. I'm going to continue using them for my work commute, which is about 40 min on away, but I would never use them for anything longer.
I prefer Louis Garneau for gloves. I'd rather have put the money from these towards a better pair, rather than have two pairs of gloves.
Size runs a little big compared to Pearl Izumi. Very thin glove. Not padded, just a double layer in contact areas on the palm. The cheesy rubber stripes on the back of the glove started to come off after only a few uses. Those who want something just a bit more than bare hands would like it. Not for me.
Was this a gift?:
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
