Comments about Exustar E-PM26 Mountain Bike Pedals:

Got those on sale for my girlfriend's MTB, which she practically never uses. The package contained two 'right' pedals instead of a 'left'. Nashbar immediately sent me a left pedal.
Other than that, some parts are plastic and made of cheap metal, and the bearing didn't feel smooth. They are ok, but are not comparable to the $4-5 more expensive basic/low-end Shimano MTB pedals (which are on my two MTBs). The latter are much better in quality and build. The pair on one bike is still holding up nicely since 10+ years of single trail abuse. My feeling is that the Exustar pedals will not last that long, but only time can tell.
I only would buy again if on sale (-25%) and used for a back-up bike. I otherwise would strongly recommend to buy the basic Shimano MTB pedals instead.

Comments about Exustar E-PM26 Mountain Bike Pedals:

Bought these as a spare pair, put into use on a hardtail I use for commuting, Mtn biking and road (and taking my baby granddaughter on the back!). Comfortable, good function, held up well on road and trail. Might not survive massive rock hits but short of that no flaws - and $20. How can you beat that. A bit lighter than similar Shimano's but at 380 gms no lightweight. If you DO break one - at this price buy another pair. Very happy with them.

Comments about Exustar E-PM26 Mountain Bike Pedals:

This is my first set of clipless pedals. I was very impressed with the quality of this product. Installation is simple. Spring tension is easily adjustable which allows you to disengage from the pedal easily. I surely felt that I would have a couple falls as I adjusted to SPD, but not with these pedals! I purchashed the Nashbar Comp M mountain shoe with these pedals. The increase in power is great! I have ordered several items from Nashbar and love the customer service and fast shipping. I received my order within 4 business days.

Comments about Exustar E-PM26 Mountain Bike Pedals:

Great pedal. Excellent cleat retention. Easy to get out of as well. My first pair of this style pedals and I would recommend them to anyone looking to up their game with more control, more speed, and more effenciancy. They may be an entry-level pedal, but they are very durable and I'm not counting ounces.
