Comments about Canari Veloce Pro Tights:

I'm a spin class instructor so I am constantly looking for bargains and Canari is a quality product. I don't know what happened with this product but the inseam is like 4 inches too long than what they should be. I own a pair of these that fit perfectly so I don't know how Canari screwed this pair up. They are being sent back for a refund or exchange. My confidence is a bit shaken to continue to order from Nashbar, I'm not sure if the about the fit of their tights.

Comments about Canari Veloce Pro Tights:

I use this product for spin classes. As a spin instructor I am constantly on the hunt fdor quality afforadble cycling short and tights and while these are nice tights the picture in the add is decieving. The pic shows tights that are padded but ther are NOT!! Don't make the mistake I did and buy them thinking that they are. Now, they are very nice tights!!! so nice that I decided to keep them instead of returning them. I bought another pair shortly thereafter!!!! but remember no padding in these tights. I have reported this image descrepancy to customer service and was told that they would fix the problem but as of 3-2-14 it has not!!!

Comments about Canari Veloce Pro Tights:

I purchased these based on the earlier reviews saying they were ok. Was I ever dissapointed. These tights are paper thin and the chamois padding is a joke, very small in size and very thin. I'm more comfortable in my old tights which I was looking to replace only becasue there's a small hole in the side and someone with a good eye would notice my white underwear. Save yourself the trouble and spend some extra cash for something more durable.

Comments about Canari Veloce Pro Tights:

I purchased a couple pair of the Canari Veloce Pro tights a couple of years ago, and I absolutely loved them. My old tights were showing some wear, so I decided to purchase a couple more pair. Unfortunately, the construction has changed, and not for the better. The original tights were a matte fabric that is heavier, and the cut is much more snug/form-fitting, which I like. The new tights feel flimsy in comparison, and they are not form-fitting (i.e. loose around the base of the calf), and the fabric is shiny, which I personally do not prefer. I highly recommended the previous version, I would not recommend these.

Comments about Canari Veloce Pro Tights:

I was in need for colder weather gear, since I'm mostly a summer mountain bike rider. But now that I'm riding more now, I can't stand being frozen while riding. I first used this when weather was in the low 30's. I froze! There is no wind blocking at all with these so if you are planning to ride on the rode, then don't expect to stay warm in 30 degrees or less, but slower mountain biking "might" be ok. At the end of my ride, it wasn't too bad, just a tad on the cold side. My hands are another story.

Size wise, they are a slightly loose fit, but they can really stretch out, so if you like a tighter fitting tights, you could probably order a size or two smaller and it will fit just fine.

I've run in these and it works good, keeping me warmer than riding.

Overall, good for the price and can be used as a base layer to keep warmer.
