Comments about CatEye Nano Shot Plus Headlight:

The mount is amazing compared to most lights. Switches easily from my mountain bike to my road bike. When I'm mountain biking you need a lot of light. Works fine on high, but battery only last around an hour on high. So no super long night rides with my mountain bike. Medium is fine for all road biking and last for at least three hours. Great little light.

Comments about CatEye Nano Shot Plus Headlight:

I owned the Cateye Nano Shot(1 LED bulb)for 1 and half year and loved it. The only thing I didn't like is the low beam mode doesn't illuminate far enough in front of the bike. The high beam mode use alot of power and require a recharge every other day. When I saw Nashbar putting the Nano Shot Plus on sale, I jumped on the deal since it has a flashing mode to go along with the high and low beam mode. It not only have a low battery indicator like the Nano Shot, but also a 50% power indicator. Yes, it is not a cheap light but it's well worth of an investment.

Comments about CatEye Nano Shot Plus Headlight:

I use this product during my 10 mile commute each way for three months now, 750 miles. High beam indicates low charge level after about 20 minutes of ride time, Low beam and flasher work and hold a charge for at least 2 hours (overnight 1 hour each day) haven't tried longer than that. Beam lights the road well boht straight ahead and to side, recharge time is nice, have to go past security to get to work and they always comment on how well they can see me coming. Have had fellow workers say I stand out well. Good vis for me - good vis for vehicles to see me a win win situation, just wish high beam worked as advertised.

Comments about CatEye Nano Shot Plus Headlight:

The product looked very well constructed and was an easy on and off mounting that I really liked. After fully charging the battery, I barely got 15 minutes of light on the low setting, when the low battery indcator came on. Not impressed at all.

Comments about CatEye Nano Shot Plus Headlight:

I use the light on short night rides. I'm usually only using it for 60 to 90 minutes at a time and it has worked great for me. I took it on a pitch black bike trail and could see pretty good when using the high setting. Usually I'm riding in a group and the low setting is more than enough light when everyone is using their lights together. I can usually do 3 or 4 rides before I have to charge it again if using the low setting most of the time. The strap fitting for the handle bar works great with wing shaped carbon fiber handle bars.

Purchased this light to light up the road on my 10 mile commute to or from work. Lights up the road extremely well. Not just straight ahead but puts out a nice wide beam usefull in the turns. Very lightweight, high beasm lasts for just over 1 1/2 hours of commute time so I don't have to charge it every day. Low beam and flasher go much longer between charges.
