Comments about AGU Qyoto 820 KF Handlebar Bag:

I am returning this item because the attachment system does not come close to fitting my Jamis Aurora's handlebars. Thought I had found a randonneuring bag that was actually affordable. Seems to be of very good construction, but can see that item retrieval might be annoying because of inner drawstring liner getting in the way.

A good pack with some quirks

Comments about AGU Qyoto 820 KF Handlebar Bag:

A good pack with some quirks and a defect on mine.
I used one of these on a week long trip along the Danube on a rental tandem. The Klickfix mounting system is widely used in Europe, was already on the bike, and worked very well. The bag is large, stable, and waterproof. Its black lining makes it hard to find items near the bottom. It is attractive with leather trim, but one of the strap rivets popped out, and the included strap is too short to be used cross-shoulder. The sides are semi-rigid; if contents distort its shape, the cover is more difficult to close. The map pocket attaches with two Velcro strips and was an enigma to me. Unfolded, it is a waterproof compartment that will hold a small stack of 8.5" X 11" paper sheets and lay flat over the pack and handlebars, with the top 2" flapping in the breeze. Empty, it can also be wrapped around a 4.5" X 9" Bikeline strip map book, but then there is a 1" X 8" Velcro strip across the face of the map. Perhaps it will fit your needs better than it did mine.
I used this with Ortl**b front and Ax**m rear bags, both of which served us better, but it does have a classy look.
