Comments about Louis Garneau Thermal Plus Shoe Covers:
I wore these on a RAGBRAI route that was sure to be wet. At first I was happy to have them as they initially kept my feet warm. As the miles added up the flex zone allowed water to poor into my socks and shoes. After a while I wondered why I put the things on in the first place. Do yourself a favor and get something else if you plan to ride in rain.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
