Comments about Nashbar QR Seatpost Rack:

My family used this for a five day ride on the GAP/C&O trail from Pittsburgh to DC. We chose it because of the quick release feature. Our plan was to move it between bikes during our trip to spread out the weight between riders. The only issue we had was the handle coming open while riding. I felt my leg hit the QR handle while riding and realized it had come open. I stopped immediately and the rack was fine - it had not fallen on the seat post, or anything like that, but it made me nervous during the ride that it might.
This happened three times over a five day trip. We did switch it between bikes once - it is a bit of a pain to switch it to a new diameter seat post, but it is doable. The rack is well made and sturdy and lightweight. While the QR handle coming loose was concerning, it never caused any actual problems, so I still think this is a good product!

Comments about Nashbar QR Seatpost Rack:

Durable but need a bungee cord to hold the bag down . Also the arm that tightens the bar keeps opening when you go over a bump . While it stays on it bumps off my leg when biking . You get what you pay for

I was looking for something to be able to carry small items without being stuck with a rack always on the bike. I can use when I want now which is nice.
