Great for evening road rides and mountain biking climbing, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything technical.

Comments about NiteRider Lumina OLED 600 Headlight:

Light has multiple settings for intensity that make the battery last longer. It is somewhat front heavy and tends to droop forward. Put some abrasive paper between handlebar and base of light to make it stay. Light fell off bracket once due to drooping. Hit hard, but no damage, so it's tough. Make sure it is well seated on bracket so it stays on. Charging cord is non-standard hole like an old phone, so don't lose it.

Comments about NiteRider Lumina OLED 600 Headlight:

I bought the Lumina 600 to complement a Cygolite Expilion 850 that i already owned. On paved paths, either of these lights are more than adequate. However, if you plan on going off road either of these lights by themselves just do not provide enough light. The beam on the Cygolite is a wider and more diffused which works better on the handlebar. The Niterider has a more focused beam which works better mounted on the helmet. As for quality, they seem to be comparable and you won't go wrong with either.

Comments about NiteRider Lumina OLED 600 Headlight:

Niterider is my go to for a solid light with a great overall value. I'm replacing a 350 lumen. This 600 is significantly lighter thank my old 350 and the in ones are essentially the same. This 600 has more options as well. I LOVE the fact that it tells you how much time you have left as I've been on some early morning rides in the dark and am always worried if I'll have enough light for my ride. This solves that problem as you have a digital display and you can urn it on for one second and check and then turn back off so you don't ware any extra battery.

Comments about NiteRider Lumina OLED 600 Headlight:

Great light! I really like the indicator on the top that tells you exactly how much battery charge you have left for each light power level. Very cool! There is no more guessing how much charge you have left. I have been using it for several months, and i find the charge indicator to be very accurate. 600 lumens is really bright and works well in urban and in rural settings. I've had several Niterider lights in the past and they all have been really solid - durable and bright.
