The 2009 edition of the Fuji SL-1 Shimano Dura-Ace road bike is race-ready right out of the box. Befitting such a high-performance road bike, the carbon fiber monocoque frame and fork are exceptionally light, stiff, and deliver superb handling. Being a 2009 edition bike, the SL-1 is spec'd with Shimano Dura-Ace 2x10-speed components from top to bottom - shift/brake levers, crankset, derailleurs, dual pivot brakes, cassette, chain, and English-thread bottom bracket - that keep the bike's weight low and the performance level off the charts. The wheels are Reynolds Assault DV carbon clinchers with 700x23 Continental Grand Prix 4000S tires while a complement of carbon fiber Ritchey components (handlebar, stem, and seatpost) are worthy additions to the component mix.
