This is the Avid CPS Titanium Disc Brake IS Adapter Hardware Set.
- 51mm adapter or 74mm direct
- CPS hardware (titanium T25)
- Adapts Avid 74mm calipers to fit various forks/frames and rotor sizes
- IS: 51mm international standard tabs (secondary number references the smallest rotor size designed for the frame/fork mount)
- For Fox-40, use AV-7234 (160mm) bracket with 203mm rotor kit
