Axiom Fastflash DLX Universal Handlebar Mirror (Black) (Super Convex)
A nice mirror if you never exceed 12 mph. The website shows and describes a mirror with stainless bolts at the links that hold the mirror, but mine was delivered with rivets. This means that the mirror cannot e tightened into a fixed position once you find the right spot for your setup. The mirror works fine at slow speeds, but regularly folds itself onto my left hand while riding due to wind pressure and the “adjustable” links. Too bad, I like the design, but the execution is a fail.

Axiom Fastflash DLX Universal Handlebar Mirror (Black) (Super Convex)
I had high hopes for this one, but it's simply too short and too insecure to be useful. You can't tighten it into position and its mounting strap doesn't grip the handlebars very well. Most seriously, it doesn't extend up high enough and far left enough to give a useful picture. Mostly I I have a view of my left arm, and if I lift it up, looking like I'm trying to make some kind of signal, I still can't see far enough back to be useful. In traffic I heard the cars behind me long before I could see them in the mirror, which is not the idea.

There seem to be problems with most bike mirrors on the market. What's needed is something very much like a motorcycle mirror: long, bent arm, big mirror, and enough friction at the joints to hold it in position.

Axiom Fastflash DLX Universal Handlebar Mirror (Black) (Super Convex)
Way too convex to be useful. While a car looks tiny and far away in this mirror, the vehicle is actually right on your tail. Pull out to avoid a door slam or merge to a left turn lane without looking over your shoulder, the only guarantee is contact and carnage because the vehicle 20' behind appears minuscule. I bought this so I wouldn't have to look back, thus the product is self defeating. The mount and placement are good, but I'm in the market for a stick-on mirror at Dollar Tree to place over it.

Axiom Fastflash DLX Universal Handlebar Mirror (Black) (Super Convex)
They are not kidding when the description says " super convex ". It is basically a fisheye lens and makes it close to impossible to identify the distance between you and the upcoming traffic. The attachment and articulating arm are excellent and sturdy.

Axiom Fastflash DLX Universal Handlebar Mirror (Black) (Super Convex)
I have used this mirror on several bikes for years, and am getting one for each member of my family. They are easy to attach/move from bike to bike, as needed, stable and secure when installed, and remove in seconds to carry with you if you are parking somewhere that leaves your bike exposed to opportunistic thieves. The three-joint pivot arm allows them to be installed in virtually any location on your bike, and they are solid--mine has taken several direct hits in collisions/crashes, and survived better than i did. The field of vision is clear and large enough to see exactly what is coming at you from behind. my only criticism is that the rubber attachment strap could be a bit longer for use on some of the wider downtubes common on modern bikes. Highly recommended.
