Nashbar promises to provide the lowest price on everything we sell - from Avid to Zefal. That means if you happen to find a lower price on a new identical item (exact size, color and model), we’ll match it. Simple as that.
Our Price Protection pledge doesn't end there! For 30 days after your purchase, if you find it at a lower price (be it from a competitor or Nashbar) than what you paid for the exact product, we'll match that price as well. Call customer service at 1-877-688-8600 Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
Nashbar will match the price of any new, in stock item advertised in competitor websites or catalogs based in the United States. Order level discounts, coupons and discounted shipping orders are NOT included. The price that Nashbar considers its “final price” is the “red-ink” price on each item. We will match competitors’ prices at the time of purchase (the point of sale price) after subtracting any of their discounts. Unfortunately, we cannot match mail-in rebates, coupon discount codes, catalog discount codes or discounted shipping offers. We also cannot deduct any gift amounts from the purchase.
Sorry, we cannot match prices for items offered for sale in classified ads or auction websites.
If I find a lower price in a competitors’ catalog, what should I do?
If you find a lower price in a competitors’ catalog, simply contact customer service (you can email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-877-688-8600). To get the fastest service, it’s good to have access to a computer so you can refer to the price on a website, or a scanner/fax machine so you can send us a copy. We take our price protection policy seriously and want to provide you with the best price and service.
What if there’s a lower price on your website than in your catalog?
Easy. Take a screenshot of the page (you can do that by hitting “print screen” on your keyboard) and paste the image inside an email or you can also call us and direct us to the appropriate page. That’s it. We’ll give you the lower price.
What’s included in your price protection policy?
Everything. As long as it’s the identical, new product and it’s advertised (at an item level), we’ll match it.
Do you limit the quantities with your price protection policy?
No, but we cannot provide price matching on items that are on backorder.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the price protection policy at any time without prior notice. However, any change to the program will be posted to Nashbar.com before we enact or enforce any changes to the policy. Please review all of our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to check the authenticity of any of our competitors’ offers in which our price protection policy is applied.
