This is the Birzman Travel Series Packman Saddle Pack featuring a saddle rail mounted rack and including a waterproof carrier. Adjustable side compression straps reduce rattling during rides and provide more stability. The roll-top waterproof carrier not only helps keep contents dry, but also creates flexible storage capacity. Hook and loop fasteners "tie" everything together by further securing the pack to reduce swinging.
