The Pure Contact tire was created for urban riders who want confidence to commute, shop, and explore. The casing of these tires feature a lightweight Vectran breaker that goes completely under the whole tire which offers excellent cut and abrasion resistance without adding a bunch of weight or creating a rough ride. Additionally, the casing has a PolyX breaker under the tread of the tire for additional puncture protection against glass, rocks, and other urban debris. The rubber used is a special blend of sustainably sourced natural materials, recycled materials, and renewable materials that produces a grippy tire that has excellent tread life. Add in an attractive tread pattern design that does a great job of evacuating water away from where the tire meets the road for all weather/season grip, plus a reflective stripe on the sidewall of the tire for low light visibility, and these tires make sure you get to your destination safely and in style.
