This is a Deity Tibia Reduction Shim. Designed to work with the Tibia seat post, this shim will allow a smaller sized post to fit correctly into a frame which is intended for a larger one. The Tibia post comes as a 27.2 mm diameter only, so this shim gives you the option of using one on either a 30mm, 30.9mm, or 31.6mm frame. This shim will also work on other 27.2mm posts in the same manner.
