They definitely help with hand numbness compared to the dense foam round grips I was using. Also, the wings afford realistic alternate hand positions not doable on a round grip. My only criticism is that I followed the recommendations and got small size for medium gloves, and they do work, but the small size is really for petite and children's hands. After several rides, I think the large wings would be a lot better choice for medium glove size. Installation was 15 mins from packaging to clamp down and just a total breeze. The hardest part was getting the old grips off... Go in peace people !

These are very comfortable handle-bar grips. They feel natural, like they actually promote a really nice resting position for the hands. Especially when you're just coasting along. Well worth the money!
