The Fly Racing Werx Carbon helmet is the result of a development project spanning over two years. With vast expertise in motocross gear, Fly Racing has brought to the mountain bike world a full face helmet that redefines  lightweight comfort and breathability.  Developed from premium aerospace carbon/kevlar materials, the shell provides maximum strength while maintaining a lightweight feel. Inside the helmet airflow is maximized by 18 intake ports, channeled EPS, and 6 exhaust ports, all strategically integrated to deliver crazy-good ventilation. Screening on the ports keeps the roost and the bees out of your mouth, and cheek pads can be removed and are available (sold separately) in various sizes to dial in a perfect fit.
If you're looking for a full face helmet you can be comfortable wearing, look no further.

Features:

  • Top shelf construction using premium Carbon and Kevlar for maximum strength and minimal weight

Fly Racing Werx Carbon Full-Face Helmet (Ultra) (Black/Hi-Vis Yellow) (M)
This helmet is ultralight and better than I expected it to be! I just started racing again after 15 years and for a carbon helmet for $199 is a great deal!

Fly Racing Werx Carbon Full-Face Helmet (Ultra) (Black/Hi-Vis Yellow) (M)
Great helmet! Very well made and by far the lightest helmet available! Well vented for a "real" full face helmet. Fit's my son's roundish head very well (size small). Color is very cool and looks really nice with the carbon pattern. Nice to be able to easily remove the pads to wash. Great deal from Nashbar made it an easy decision to buy. So much that I got a small AND a medium for him to grow into.

Fly Racing Werx Carbon Full-Face Helmet (Ultra) (Black/Hi-Vis Yellow) (L)
My sons love this helmet. Super light very comfortable great airflow. When sun hits has a cool look with the carbon. If you can get this on sale it’s well worth the money. My sons use for downhill and dirt jumping
