GT La Bomba 26" Dirt Jump Bike Description:
The GT La Bomba Rigid 26" DJ Bike is the bike that does everything. Trails, street, skatepark, pump tracks- the list goes on. The La Bomba Dirt Jumper is designed with freestyle riders in mind and is built to withstand the abuse that is inherent to this style of riding. From the 6061 aluminum frame, to the chromoly cranks, GT made sure that abuse isn't an issue. The GT Pro Pump Track forks provide an easy to anticipate feel for pulling off big tricks and Promax mechanical disc brakes make sure that high speeds can be controlled. The 2021 GT La Bomba Rigid is a wonderful Dirt Jumper.

GT La Bomba Rigid 26" DJ Bike (22.2" Toptube) (Mystic Red)
I received my bike faster than expected and it’s a perfect fit for my son. When I received the bike I went through everything to make sure all the fittings were appropriately tight. The only thing that I didn’t check was the bottom bracket because at the time I did not have a tool for that. We were out on trail twice and the outer threaded play started to work it’s way loose. I attempted to tightened it and thought it was completely secure and fixed. I want to find out that The entire bearing assembly on the non-drive side had come apart internally. After getting home and taking it apart I took numerous pictures of the process and was able to send them to a gentleman named David E at Nashbar. David was super helpful and upon seeing the photos I said to him expedited me a new Odyssey bottom bracket as a replacement. I would absolutely buy another bike from Nashbar. Even with the issues I encountered I felt like they did everything to make it right for me and my son.
