What makes the Mega C GPS computer different from the competition? It has a 32-hour battery life. That's exactly the amount of battery life of the Garmin 520 and Wahoo Element combined (15+17hrs). The color is rumored to be brighter and more glorious than the color display of other GPS computers. The color is used in unique ways too. For example; heart rate is red, speed is green, power is orange, time is black, and climbing info is brown. This allows you to interpret the displayed data quicker because it's essentially color coded.
The Mega C has on-screen maps, provides turn-by-turn navigation, off-line navigation, and if you lose your way when there's no cell reception, there's a color breadcrumb feature so you can find your way back home. The basics, like an accelerometer and barometer, are integrated with the Gloass/GPS and BTLE which enable you to chase a Strava segment with live-feedback. This use of data also enables and friends and family to follow your rides in real-time. Texts and phone calls (optional) seamlessly appear so you can see who is contacting you without taking your hands off of the bars. The X-Lock mounting system secures the Mega C to your bike with a spring lock, 1/8th turn system. This means the Mega C won't leave your bike unless you take it off, even if you take a bad crash.
