Louis Garneau Transfo 3D Shoe Arch Support Insole (Black) (42-43)
These are great but they run small. I ordered the 44-45's and they were too small for my 5-10 Freerider Contacts and my Northwave Clans both in size 45. I ordered two sets of the next size up (46-47) and they slid right in with no trimming and work great.
