Building on all of their previous aerodynamic knowledge, Orbea spent thousands of hours modelling, wind tunnel testing, and field testing every single component, searching for the sweet spot for the Orca Aero. By aligning the frame with the airflow, optimising cross-sections, smoothing transitions and a myriad of other improvements Orbea created big reduction in drag.
