Park Tool CN-10 Professional Cable & Housing Cutter
This is the best cable cutter I have used. Though none of them are perfect, Future tools that actually hold the outer cable perpendicular to the cable would be nice. But this has a cutting head that stays sharp enough that it is easier to cut directly across the cable.
