These are great patches they work well and stick forever. I have never had one fail and they are easy to use.

Park Tool Vulcanizing Tube Patch Kit
This suffers from all of the small tubes of glue - if you leave this in your saddle pack forever, the glue will dry out. But under normal circumstances it has a better assortment of size patches and a larger than usual sandpaper. Park which used to be a second class tool company is now into the upper classes.
