The Ritchey WCS Shield Cross tire is a race-bred cyclocross tire that is light, fast-rolling, and absurdly grippy. The Shield tread pattern employs Tom Ritchey's Vector Force Analysis (VFA) for superior traction at all cornering angles. Now with tubeless ready casing which allows for lower pressure, creating a smoother ride and even better cornering. The low profile tread pattern provides perfect all-around performance with incredible traction and control. The dual compound has a firmer center section for less rolling resistance and improved durability, and a softer side section for enhanced cornering.
