Shimano 105 ST-5700 STI Shift Lever (Black)
Good upgrade for my aging Felt with original, earlier generation 105 brifters. Took some work to modify routing of gear cables, but after some fiddling, got everything lined up for a clean look on the bars and smooth shifting in operation. Operates more smoothly and positively than the original shimano brifters, and these seem more solidly constructed than the older ones. They do seem slightly heavier, but also more durable in design.

Excellent upgrade from a Tiagra shifter. Have used 105 shifters for years, very efficient and reliable. Was able to get it to function with a 9 speed cassette beautifully.
