The Shimano EW-JC130 Y-Splitter for E-Tube Di2 wiring is available in 3 size configurations. Each one has a 50mm wire connected to two more wires of the following lengths:

(520mm/520mm)
(320mm/520mm)
(320mm/320mm)

By using an EW-JC200 extension, you can connect to other etube wires or plug directly into Di2 components or junctions.
