The Shimano TL-FC38 Lockring Tool is designed to install the chainring and lockring onto a Shimano 6000 series STEPS E-Bike motor. The interior 16 spline end matches up with the Shimano lockring, while the other end matches up with either the Shimano TL-FC36 or TL-FC33 for when it is time to torque down the lockring.
