Shimano Ultegra RD-8000 Shadow Rear Derailleur (Black) (11 Speed) (Medium Cage) (GS)
I bought this as part of my upgrade to Ultegra R8000 derailleurs and shifters coming from 10-speed 105 on my backup/indoor trainer bike. The cable routing through the derailleur runs inward compared to outward on the 105 RD, but I was able to figure it out. The limit "screws" are adjusted by hex and not and actual screwdriver so use caution so you don't round them. I'm running a 11-28T cassette, so the medium cage is overkill, but I always have the option to go larger (30-32?) if needed. Shifting is nice and smooth once I got the indexing down. I recommend doing this and setting your limits BEFORE slapping on your chain.
