SRAM Force eTap AXS Groupset (2 x 12 Speed)
I purchased this group-set in Mar of 22. In Dec 22 The pairing button on the left shifter stopped working. As such I can't pair that shifter and the entire system will not work as shifting in only one direction is pointless. I have reached out to Nashbar about the warranty as per SRAMs instructions but they have not responded. $1200 spent and the system is completely worthless. I feared this type of failure when going wireless - lacks the robustness of a mechanical system.

For the moment a complete waste of $1200 taken by Nashbar and SRAM unless they address this. I will happily revised this if/when they respond but the failure mode definitely shows a frailness of design regardless.
